**General Conditions:**
- THE ROOFTOP pass grants access to the terrace on the fourth floor and all Prato areas during the pass's validity.
- Passholders enter the Circuit via the main entrance "Casco." THE ROOFTOP opens from 8:30 am until the end of the day's activities.
- Passes paid by 05/12/2024 can be sent to a provided address. Passes paid after this date can be picked up at the Accreditation Center "Il Borgo Nuovo."
- Children up to 3 years old (born after January 1, 2021) have free access. Minors under 15 years old (born after January 1, 2019) receive approximately a 20% discount.
- Car passes for dedicated parking are guaranteed for groups of 3+. For individuals or smaller groups, subject to availability.
**Cancellation Policy:**
- In case of event cancellation due to force majeure, tickets will not be refunded.
- No replacement or reissue will be provided for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets.
