RESERVATION

Mandatory by calling the number 055 480553 until available places are exhausted or through the online shop.

 

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

In order to confirm your booking, full payment is due not later than 3 days after reservation.
If we do not receive all payment due on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking.

PAYMENT

Full payment has to be settled by bank transfer.

Insert in the description of the transfer: name of participants and THE ROOFTOP. 

Once payment done /after payment send bank transfer receipt at therooftop@promoracing.it.

INVOICE

The request for an invoice must be made before or at the moment of payment.
Any invoice request after payment receival will not be accepted considering that, in the meantime, the sale will have been registered as sent to a private individual.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation of the event due to force majeure, tickets will not be refunded. In case of loss, theft, deterioration, damage or destruction of the ticket, no replacement or re-issue will be provided.
